Post Why some parcels from China arrive before others

I'm waiting for 5 parcels from China, and some parcels takes a few days to arrive at the Canadian customs, and some others who were sent a week or 2 before are still in transit to Canada! All the packages are out of China, and some since longer than others!

LM005104651CN already at customs ( shipped on November 5)

LM000137074CN already at customs (shipped on November 2)

LM700026293CN still in transit (shipped on November 7)

LM000567745CN still in transit (shipped on October 30)

LM700141869CN still in transit (shipped on October 28) UPDATED: At customs today Nov 13

As you can see, the most recent shipped items are already at the Canadian Customs! Someone know why the older ones are still in transit???

I'm having the same issue!
3 e-packet shipments arrived in good time, but my EMS parcel is still sitting somewhere in Guangzhou.
I do believe the delays are dependent on what part of China your item is being mailed from.
After talking to USPS my package is not in the USA yet.

LS085252055CN (this along with two other parcels mailed at the same time arrived very quickly to the US, flew through JFK, no prob)

EA311403057CN (last status claims it left for JFK, but it's not moving...)

Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas have to be having some sort of issue.

JFK import processing is difficult to predict. Sometimes is fast(less than one week), sometime is slow(4 weeks). EA311403057CN left china on Nov 1st, it is still in normal time frame. You can not see new status until JFK customs releases this parcel.

I am also having the same issue. Two packages shipped out on October 28th and November 11th have already been thru US customs and will be delivered to my home between today and tomorrow. The other (LS060010005CN) which was shipped out before these is still in transit and all I’m hearing is it left China, but no indications it has reached the USA. So I’m just waiting now to see if it will update within the next couple of weeks.

I've had a package marked "Item returned from export customs/security" for 17 days now. Zero movement, and USPS Tracking says "origin post is preparing shipment".
This is the absolute longest I've waited for anything from China via EMS Express.
