Post Why is it taking so long for my merchandise to ship/deliver?

I placed my order on November 26th, 2018. The tracking website says my order is on route.The last update was December 11th, 2018. Right now it is January 12th, 2019. It has been about 10 weeks. Can you help me? Thank you for your time.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=Ui053042841CN shows the parcel was shipped on Dec 28.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

please read my answer carefully. your seller used a very cheap service which does not have much tracking service.
The conclusion:
1)your parcel is the cheapest service , parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach USA.
2)you can not know where your parcel is now.
3)you can do nothing at this moment. Just wait.
