I received an email on Feb 13, 2019 saying the shirts had been shipped. Tracking #LT 315029975CN. As of today there is no update and no location information when I attempt to track. Any help would be greatly appreciated

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT315029975CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you ARE scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
