Post Wheres my package? Unable to find tracking # 89051346054

Purchased an item on eBay back in December. The tracking number was provided as # 89051346054.
I have not been able to find any information using this tracking number for a potential delivery date or even if the item has been shipped at all for that matter.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was shipped on Dec 27. it could be delayed in Guangzhou. Many parcels shipped in Nov just arrived destination. your should arrive in another 10 to 30 days.

Still unable to find any information using this tracking number 89051346054 other than it shipped on Dec 27, 2016. Your previous response suggested to wait another 10 -30 days, it's now beyond that point almost 35 days now. Is there anyway to tell if the item ever left Guangzhou? I have even tried to look up the tracking number on the USPS website, but no luck there either.

Track-Chinapost.com has still shown the same information. Item ordered in December 2016 has not been received.

Additional inquiry was made back on April 4, 2017, but no reply was made.

Is there any other search for this tracking number that would provide more detail? Or can you tell if this number is true shipping number or if I've possibly been scammed on this one. I have ordered numerous items from China sellers in the past but have never had a problem or had to wait almost 6 months for a delivery.

normally parcel should arrive USA in 60 days, if not , it should be lost and you need open dispute to seller for refund.
