Hi! I know my package is in my country but not in my city and I can't tracking! How can I know the name of the company in Mexico who is delivering my package?

Correos de Mexico website shows the parcel is in "MEXICO, En zona de intercambio int. en el país destino, previo Aduana".

You need contact Correos de Mexico for delivery detail.

can i ask about my order with track number RY043375399CN ?
My order in status has arrived in county (indonesia) on 23 april 2018, but i dont know because until now in status tracking no update anymore and my order not coming in my home :(

Pos Indonesia shows the parcel is in "MPCSURABAYA 60900, Cetak Invoice / Arrival at Collection Point For Pick-up".

You need go to above post office to pickup the parcel asap.

The message that I've got says "Delivery Attempted" but I have not recieved anything. I was on the adress at the time the package was supposed to arrive. Where is it? Where I can find my package?

Mexico Post(correos de mexico) shows the parcel is in "Administración Postal Hermosillo Centro, Son., 1er visita al domicilio para entrega, no se encontró al destinatario".

You need go to above correos de mexico post office to pickup the parcel.

Sorry , but I have the same problem . My tracking number is LX603445190CN status : delivery , but I didn‘t receive anything . Pls help me ! What should I do now ?

LX603445190CN was delivered by German Post(DHL paket). You need contact your local post office and inquiry delivery detail.

Ordered a month ago, Been nearly 2 weeks since I got a track number and still not showing it left China...where's my package?
