http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was just shipped on Mar 8. normally it will travel about 4 to 8 weeks from China to Nigeria. you need some patient.

Tracking by AliExpress for tracking number RY866238027CN mentioned that shipment cancelled. What does it means, why shipment is cancelled? Is it meant that the order will not be shipped and returned to seller. My order was confirmed and payment made to AliExpress. Kindly offer some enlightenment, thank you.

your seller did not ship anything. You should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You might be scammed.

Which website did you order from?
