Left China for Italy on November 29th.

All shipments to Italy are seriously delayed right now. The parcels of this type that I've seen arrive in Italy have taken about 80 days, so I would expect yours to arrive sometime well into February. Left Zhengzhou for Heathrow on 1 February. These tend to take 1-3 weeks to show up the UK; once it does, you should be able to track it on the Royal Mail website.

The package left the seller in China on the 11th of January 2018 and has not moved since the 29th of January after being sent to the airlines. Is it still in China or where is it now?

RG931790966CN left China for South Africa on the 29th of January. It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Shipping times to South Africa are very long, around 60 days on average. So it will probably be sometime in March before the next tracking update.
