Left China for Uganda this past Wed, 20 Dec. I don't think we have a good estimate for how long shipping to Uganda takes, but at least two weeks, possibly much longer.

Your item LS326334415CN wasn't actually mailed until 11 Dec. Unfortunately it is looping in Beijing right now, being sent to and then returned from the airline. This usually means there's a shortage of available shipping space, and since it was still in Beijing on the 20th, you are probably still looking at a wait of 2-6 more weeks to get it. :(

When these updates stop, that's usually good news -- it means your item has actually caught a flight to the US, and can start waiting for Customs processing. Hoping for the best for you :/

your parcel delayed in airport in Beijing. Now is busy season, airline space to India is tight. You can not get update until parcel pass India customs. please wait one or two more weeks.

Hello, on November 8 i ordered a package from ioffer.com, the item was sent on November 10 and the delivery deadline was on December 15, its December 23 and i havent recieved it yet, and according to the tracking system, is not even in my country. My tracking number is 31841558590.

Tracking numbers like this (11 digits) are China Post ordinary airmail parcels. They have no tracking information at all after they leave China. This service is usually used for non-urgent, low-value items.

If it's past the promised delivery date and it hasn't shown up yet, you should open a dispute with your seller.

Please help me.
I urgently need my package.
Tracking says it has arrived in South Africa - two weeks ago,, and I was contacted by a courier company to say it would be delivered last Wednesday.
It has not arrived and I have NO CONTACT details fro courier.
I desperately need my package before 25 December.
I just need CONTACT details so I can make arrangements here.
