From what I've gathered plenty of people have slow packages during Nov / Dec, it's in the US now and you should probably have it quite soon!

Thanks I just sent the company a second email and they finally replied. They say it should be here any day now and if it wasn’t here in the next 2-3 days to contact them again

Ok I order items beginning Jan and still nothing for tracking in U.S. or when it will be delivered getting very frustrated

Have a look at USPS tracking -- it just showed up in Chicago on Jan 15. It should reach you in NC in another 1-5 days.

I placed this order on Nov 27, 2017 and I still haven’t received it. It clearly states on the email I received that I should get it in 12-20 days. I don’t understand what is going on and why it is taking so long for me to get my order.

Unfortunately, many sellers severely underestimate how long shipping will take, especially when it comes to the holiday shipping period. 20 days is around average for ePacket to the USA, but this past Nov I've seen some take as long as 60. >_<

My order LX036005000CN had 3 packages. I only received 2. Where is the 3rd one and why it hasn't been delivered?

One tracking number equals one parcel. If your seller only gave you one tracking number, and only some of your order was delivered in that parcel, then it's because your seller didn't send it. You should open a dispute with your seller and claim a refund.

RG697353225CN is delayed in guangzhou. For parcels shipped in Nov and Dec, such delay is still normal, please wait 2 to 3 more weeks.
