http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Dec 27 from Fuzhou. Fuzhou airport has serious airline shortage delay. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. you are scammed. Which website did you buy the item?
