LF243965467CN is delayed in Zhengzhou. Nov and Dec is the busiest season of the year, too many parcels were shipped during this time. you need wait another 10 to 15 days to get the goods.

LF232589270CN arrived Germany on Dec 2. Normally Germany Post(DHL) should deliver it in one week. The parcel should have some problem. You can contact your local post office and see if you have find the parcel.

Ordered something December 14th. On the 26th was in a China post office. Went to customs on the 27th, then again the 29th. Now I have no information. Coming to United States. Tracking number is LS390123352CN. This is a Christmas present and they've been waiting. Please advise

Your seller shipped the goods AFTER Christmas! http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your seller actual shipment date is Dec 26. You should get it after 2 to 3 weeks.

At DHL, I can not ask the loss because the tracking no. only here in the portal is running. I have no opportunity to inquire there. My transmission history tells me that the package is in Frankfurt. To whom and with which number should I contact?

Your parcel is in the hand of Deutsche Post. China Post does not control this parcel anymore. You can google Deutsche Post phone number and try to ask them to help you find the parcel. http://www.deutschepost.de shows the parcel status as "The shipment will be prepared for customs clearance". Not sure what is the meaning of the result. I believe only Deutsche Post can give you clear explanation.
