Germany Post service is terrible. I believe they lost your parcel. You need ask shipper to file investigation.

Hi sorry to bother again but is there a way that you could tell me what went wrong with the customs? As far as I know there is no batteries or anything that wouldn’t allowed to be shipped within the package. My tracking number is RX711596512CN

I ordered an item on 6/3/2018. Since then tracking number: LY293934391CN has not been shipped. When I check the status of the order, it still says "Your shipment is confirmed
We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status. " It is now 9 days since the order. Please let me know if this is a legit package, or if this was a scam.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY293934391CN shows no record. Your seller did not ship anything. You should be cautious of fraud.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_usps.php?code=LY229517233CN shows the parcel was delivered to your mailbox. If your mailbox does not have it, please contact your local USPS office in DENVER, CO 80233 .

Tracking number #LZ415725015CN I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for this package and it was suppose to be express , when trying to track it says not found what’s going on ?
