I ordered a 2 prices and the website tracking and says they are at china customs 2 months yet, im very nervous and seller says shipping is free no pay to customs. Please help me, how i'm can contact china post about my orders and im want to know whats happens with my stuff.

Tracking numbers: UG581867185CN and UG687758685CN (thats are my orders trackings)

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

if you paid with paypal or aliexpress and buyer protection is expiring , you should open dispute for non-arrival order refund. Otherwise you can do nothing but waiting.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RH959641406CN shows no record. your seller did not ship you anything so far. it seems that you purchased too much time from scam websites. Read following article:
