My package no CP371427722CN was sent from Shanghai to UK on 19 May. Tracking information says attempted delivery on 25 May. The delivery address is my work address where there i are always staff to sign for delivery during working hours. No delivery was attempted. Please can you tell me where my package is now?

Royal Mail website shows the parcel status as "Gatwick Depot, Address problem (insufficient address)". It is on the way returning to sender in China. You can contact Royal Mail for detail.
