USPS website shows "BATON ROUGE LA PROCESSING CENTER, Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility, Your item arrived at our BATON ROUGE LA PROCESSING CENTER destination facility on April 24, 2018 at 2:45 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

It has arrive USA , you will get it very soon.
