Can you assist with my package? It was ordered on 3/3/18. The tracking number is LS770706046. The company has not responded to my email yet. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LS770706046CN was just shipped on Mar 10. Normally epacket will take 10 to 20 days to reach USA receiver, you need some patient.
