My order was shipped from China on July 10th. The tracking is very unspecific and I can’t find the answers to where it is. Also, it doesn’t have a specific delivery date. Can someone please help me with this. My tracking # is LY428195634CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY428195634CNshows the parcel was shipped on Jul 11. It is waiting for flight space from china to Chicago. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

Is that starting on the 11th or starting day it was shipped
