Has been labeled "en route" since 10/17/2019. No further information has been provided.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW743788730CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Chengdu office to US on Oct 17. Parcels from inner China cities like Chengdu and Wuhan normally are slower than from other city like Beijing and Shanghai.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
