I have been waiting since Nov. 4, 2018 when I placed my order. The last tracking update was Nov. 16, 2018 which said it left Shenzhen to NY JFK. Now here it is a month later and still no package! Did I just throw my money away? It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some positive answers. Track # LY956414215CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY956414215CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to US on Nov 16.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Normally Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Since status has been stuck for over 30 days, the parcel might be lost. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 20, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

If I do not receive the parcel by Dec. 20 how do I open dispute for lost parcel refund? I have never gone through this before. Thank you.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon/WISH/DHGATE, contact their customer service to open dispute.
