My package LH220290829CN was tracked as having arrived in the sorting centre Australia on the 11 September 2018. Since then I have had no updates and have no idea where it is. Could I have an update?

Australia Post website shows the parcel arrived SYDNEY NSW, but it has never been updated. Normally this means the parcel was lost by Australia Post.
