Hello,

My package, tracking# UC867594515CN, has been sitting somewhere since 07/05/2018.
Does anyone know where or who to contact?

This kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. This is a very slow and cheap service. there will be no update after parcel left first china post office.

you might need wait up to 4 to 12 weeks to get it in your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.

Still no package !! No change in status either. I guess it's just too bad for me.
