http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RX706750505CN shows the parcel was shipped on May 31.

Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, ask sell extend protection or open dispute, otherwise keep waiting.
