LS472809473CN is still waiting for shipping space in Shenzhen. normally parcel needs to wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight to USA. your parcel obviously is delayed. Not sure the reason, it might be lost.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks, if you can not get it by Feb 26, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
