This has been held at customs for 90 days.

Where is it?????????????

If it's not going to get here, I need money back.

RS375807726CN left China on Dec 26. It should now in Canada customs waiting for processing. Sometimes Canada customs need about 3 to 4 months to complete customs clearance(sometimes they takes only 2 weeks, you never know what happens there). Our user has reported that parcel shipped in Oct 2016 just arrived Canada receiver in March 2017. you may need wait some more time.
