2. Maybe your seller could call for you China Post to find out about your parcel.

3. In very good condition your parcel should have arrive in Malaysia. But right now when your parcel was mail it was the Holiday Season for parcel going out of China. Then you still have the Smog in China preventing Aircraft to depart. Then there is less room on Aircraft for mail bags. Then you have the reschedule of mail bag to depart from China.

4. If you are not in a hurry then wait 2 more weeks.

Wow, this is horrible news. I hope my package arrives soon but I feel helpless. I'm not convinced it will ever arrive. I'll try to remain optimistic but probably won't buy from China again unless I can get some solid delivery guarantees.

1. Worst time to buy in China is 01 Oct till the next 01 March.

After the sender did the investigation they told me that the package is lost and they returned my money in full in no time.
Hope this would help others that are in the same situation.

My parcel is : RO630647639CN
Can I assume that it is in Canada knowing that it was expedited 2 month ago! Personally I think he is lost because 2 months is really to long. Also can you tell me if it is normal to wait so long in canada

1. Your parcel could be lost or misplace or could also be into the incoming inbound warehouse in Vancouver waiting for the Customs to tell Canada Post to scan the parcel so they can clear it.

2. Every parcels coming to Canada from China are scan by Customs for the drug Fentanyl.

3. So nobody knows where the parcel is until Canada Post scan the parcel.

China post says canada post does not scan any more parcels since 2015, so I'm waiting for my parcel:RS748502385CN. My seller days it arrived in canada already, but I see no scan or tracking update. Help?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RS748502385CN left china on Aug 1. normally it will travel 30 to 90 days to reach Canada. Please be patient.

30 to 90 days? But it travels by air doesn't it? My seller says it's already in canada.

Airmail parcel import processing in Canada Post warehouse is extremely slow. Import customs clearance and sorting often take over 2 months.
