Post where is my package??? please help!!!

I ordered some clothes from China and it's been a week since the last update. I contacted the EMS customer service they told me that my package left Shanghai airport on the 13th of March and till headed to NYC. I was asked to contact the USPS so I called USPS they told me that the parcel has not been reached the US yet and told me to contact EMS. What do I do？ I've ordered things from China many times it usually arrives at my door between 5-7 days. What happens? please help!!!!

EA276201042CN should be delayed in NYC airport customs. wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php, it should have new status.

The Us customs dont really help if u contact them so just wait

Contacted the NY customs they said they are not able to locate the package since it hasn't reached the US? While ems claimed that the package left Shanghai China on the 13th ??? What now???

I made an international call to 2of the ems customer representatives one told me that the package left China on the 13th via American Airline and the other one told me the package sailed through United Airline on the 13th....???? What is this??? I am so confused !!! Where exactly is my package man???

The funny thing is when I asked for the air waybill number to further verify myself none of them could provide it to me!!!

based on my experience, your parcel will show up in early April. No need call EMS representatives, they do not help at all. Just wait.
