I ordered this over 3 weeks ago and the Canada Post web site’s status hasn’t changed since.

Can you please provide details as to where it is exactly, and when I can expect delivery?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ940108172CN shows the parcel was shipped From Guangzhou to Toronto on Oct 21. Normally parcel should arrive Canada in 2 weeks.

However, Canada Post workers are taking labor action now. Many parcels from oversea are seriously delayed and even lost. You can do nothing but wait at this moment.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.

In an earlier post, you said it was still in China waiting to board a flight to Canada.

Can you confirm that it has left China on a flight and is waiting here in Canada for customs to process it?

the parcel should have left china long time ago. The problem is that Canada Post workers are taking labor action for long time. We are not sure when they will be back to normal work status. Many parcels from china to Canada are suffering serious delay. You can not even know where they are now because none scan them in Canada.

I just spoke to a representative from Customs Canada, and they said that the package hasn’t even arrived in Canada yet. I know that Canada Post are delayed these days, but the package hasn’t even arrived to clear Customs.
Can you confirm “when” this was shipped? And I assume it was sent by air....is there a way you can confirm if it boarded a flight to Canada?

Canada customs can not know if the parcel has arrived Canada or not because they do not scan the parcel. so their message is useless.

Canada customs ONLY know the parcel status AFTER they give the parcel to Canada Post and scanned by Canada Post workers. Now Canada Post workers are actually on half strike. None take care of the thousands of parcels lying in Vancouver and Toronto airports.

Ok, thank you for the informative reply. I guess I’ll need to be more patient for this to eventually arrive.

I just see stories of lost packages that never arrive, and hope this isn’t the case here.
