2. So basically we know that the parcel is On routes to Canada. If your parcel land in Vancouver Inbound mail (most parcel do) it will take 6 to 8 weeks before it deliver.

3. I suspect your parcel is already in Canada in a big inbound mail bin ready to be inspected by the Canadian Customs Officer. I doubt that the parcel will be deliver before the 8 Sep, if it does then your are a lucky person.
