The number of the item I purchased is LZ506730046CN. I purchased it in July but hasn't arrived in Italy yet. I checked where it is on Your website through the tracking code (LZ506730046CN) but there is this notice: "Jul 31, 2018
09:39 am-- Returned shipment delivered China EMS (ePacket)".
What does it mean? Why was it returned? I wait your prompt reply. Thank you very much.

LZ506730046CN was returned in Wuhan on Jul 31. We are not sure why it was returned but we are sure you can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund asap. Next time, don't buy from seller in Wuhan, Wuhan EMS has big problem, they specially love to return and reject parcel.
