http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UM391063346US shows the parcel arrived Beijing on oct 9. As you are in Shanghai, it might take 7 days to be delivered.

You can call china post hot line 11185 for delivery detail. Chinese only. You must find someone who speak Mandarin to help you make the call.
