I booked my households through chinapost through following documents. Tracking is showing customs at Guangzhou cleared . No further information is updated. It's more than 2.5 months since it cleared customs. When will I get my goods. Is there any contact details of china post in India. What should I do..please help me out...

China Post parcel is handled by India Post in your country. You can contact India Post for arrival info.

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. It is very very cheap and slow service. cleared customs in China does not mean it will arrive India very soon.

Normally such CP parcel will travel about 4 to 6 weeks to reach India. In worst case when parcel weight is over 2kgs, its most journey will go through sea and might take half year to reach India. You need wait some more time.
