Can you please update me about the current status of my parcel, LZ506809996CN. How long will it take to arrive in to New Zealand?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 3. It is waiting for flight space from china to New Zealand. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

As you mentioned, it's been 20 days. Is there any way I can do something to expedite the shipping process?

you can do nothing but waiting at this moment. If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute.
