My tracking is UG039887958CN

Why does it said there is no record?

What type of tracking number is this?

It could be a legitimate tracking code -- "U" is "Letter post -- other" -- but I don't think I've ever seen a China Post tracking code starting with "U" before.

How long ago did your seller ship the parcel? Once it's sent, it should show up in tracking within 48 hours. If it's been longer than that, they haven't actually sent you anything.

I bought it off amazon, and I have 2 tracking numbers that start with U. It’s been 3-4 days. Seller says it will come on Jan 24.

I contacted him again. If he cannot help me, what should I do?

you can open dispute to amazon if you can not track the parcel.

This kind of parcel won't be tracked outside of China. It's a slow, cheap service used to send non-critical items.

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?

Mine was begin with "U" too.Can tracked at first and then stuck at Nanjing for 2 weeks now .

Nerver seen any of my hundred of orders from the past begin with "U".

UG189303793CN is china post register airmail which is similar to the "R" tracking number.

your parcel is waiting in airline warehouse for flight space. waiting time can be 2 to 6 weeks, there will be no update during waiting period.
