Hi, I'm wondering what is going on with my package. I've received two repeat status' two days apart. If anyone could please explain to me what is going on, and how long it will take to be delivered to me in Ottawa, ON, Canada (assuming all is well), that would be greatly appreciated!

please help with my package, from global tracking it indicates no shipping record
my tracking number which is the second following my query is : RU711514487CN

Nothing found on RU711514487CN which means nothing shipped. If u just received it, wait within 10 days otherwise confront your sender to enquire why he's delaying shipment.
