My package RH973212751CN shows to be at the airport in the USA. How long before it is turned over to a carrier and which carrier will it be turned over to and how do I track it?

USPS.com shows Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 9:44 am on August 15, 2018.

It is already in USPS system. USPS will deliver the parcel very soon.
