I bought a laptop from Uucovers on October 14th, 2019 and I put my exact address for the shipment but they decide to send it to Saudi Arabia so, can you please ask the China post if they really received my laptop with the tracking number LO299391398CN because I have some doubt, I think that they lied to me and they got my money easily.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO299391398CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Saudi Arabia on Oct 24.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Saudi Arabia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen,China or customs warehouse in Saudi Arabia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Saudi Arabia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Saudi Arabia Post website will show its new status with Saudi Arabia location.
