Post Unable to get further status of my parcel

A parcel was shipped on February 27, 2017 from Shanghai to Canada. I keep receiving the same status - International item has left originating country and is on route to Canada. According to Canada Post I need to contact the originating country for update. Two emails have been sent to China Post. In their acknowledgement email (April 28/17) they said they would reply as soon as possible, but so far I haven't heart anything yet.

Can anybody help!

Register mail from china to Canada is very slow. If your parcel is less than 2 KG, it might take 6 to 12 weeks to reach receiver. if it is over 2 kg weight, you might wait half year to get the parcel.

Hi,
My Parcel No.LX063907508FI was sent from Finland to Haikou, China on 25 April and it have been one month the delivery informationg of my parcel still was show in Helsinki and I can't get any further updated information.
Could you please tell me the latest delivery status? Thanks!

the parcel has never entered into China Post system. It might be lost outside china. You should contact Finland Post for investigation and compensation.
