Could you please help me find my package? The tracking hasn’t been updated since October 13th. Tracking # is LW737462433CN

usps.com shows LW737462433CN departed our USPS facility in CHICAGO IL NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER on October 27, 2019 at 7:18 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

You will get the parcel very soon.

Thank you, every time I check it just shows that it is still in customs and was getting a little nervous with Halloween just a few days away.
