Post Trouble Tracking Package

I ordered a Christmas present for my nephew 15 days ago and can't tell if it has even left China yet. My tracking number is LT014618439CN, and all it says is "processed through China center" on November 23rd, though it doesn't seem to have left China yet. If it's not going to get to me by the 19th, I will need to get a different present and will want a refund. Any advice on how to tell what the real status of my package is? This company has not been helpful...

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT014618439CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to US on Nov 24.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in chicago). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
