Hello,
Tracking stopped updating for LT408049495CN going to USA
May I please have more information?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT408049495CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to US on Mar 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Is it Rush Season right now?

now is not rush season, but Wuhan airport has some delay. You should get it by earl April.
