Dear support team, I would like to ask you why the tracking information stays at first status and stays frozen more then 60 days. Can you check please where is my parcel LF347930801CN.

LF347930801CN should have delivery problem or lost. Normally china post airmail should arrive Czech within 6 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
