LM100062087CN was shipped on Sep 29. normally it should arrive Canada in 10 days. However, there was a China National holiday week during Oct 1st to Oct 7, the parcel arrival time might be delayed one more week.

1. Since your parcel is going to Vancouver Inbound mail warehouse, please be aware that lately all E Packet going through Vancouver took about 21 days to get out of Customs.

2. So for your parcel I don't know if it's going to be the same waiting time. This delay is from the last month or so.

3. Normally E Packet is 6 to 12 working days for delivery.

Hope this help.

1. This is an example of what you should be seeing:
2016-09-28 13:40
RICHMOND,BC, Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.
2016-09-07 05:42
CNSZHD,China, International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada

Hope this help.

You said "Normally E Packet is 6 to 12 working days for delivery." This is the normal delay for delivery to destination or Vancouver Inbound mail warehouse? I can see that my parcel left China's Customs on September 30th, so it should arrive to Canada post very soon? It's been 7 working days already.

Thanks

1. From the timing you have to exclude the time spent at the Customs Office in China and Canada.

2. If your parcel take 15 days to go through Canadian Customs Office, then you add those 15 days to the delivery.

Hope this help.

Hi I'm from Canada too. Every ePacket order I got used to take about 2 weeks to arrive. For the past month, every ePacket order has been taking at least 4 weeks to arrive... I do drop shipping directly to my customers and I've been telling them 2 weeks in my confirmation email.. I've been getting a lot of angry emails now because packages are taking 4 weeks to arrive, even to the USA. Not just Canada...

Could you clarify WHY packages are taking 4 weeks to arrive instead of the normal 2 weeks? This delay started happening mostly with September orders. It seems the packages are being help at Chinese Export Customs for over 2 weeks before leaving the country.

1. Sorry to disappoint you but I have not seen (almost none) parcel held up by China Security or Customs. All parcels I have seen are On Route to Canada or USA and right now Canada is almost on the dot for 21 days (Vancouver) from the time the last tracking in China to Canada saying Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing. For USA it can range from 9 days and up depending where the parcel is arriving in USA.

2. The only thing that come in mind for me is that all parcel are going through the scanning machine in the Customs Office in Vancouver.

3. Before September E Packet to Canada use to take 6 to 12 working days to be deliver, now it's taking close to 20 and up working days.

4. Maybe you could ask that question to Canada Post why are E Packet parcel not being deliver faster by Canada Post!

5. It might also be a sorting problem from China to Canada. Or it might be a sorting problem in Canada, not giving the right priority to E Packet parcel.

Hope this help.
