Post Tracking says "Your item was collected" then nothing

Hi,
Tracking Number：EA961355554CN
EMS Tracking says "Your item was collected" (ShanXiShengXiAnShi GAOXIN) at 2016-10-10 18:05:32
then nothing for 13 days.
Shipper says package was shipped on October 10, 2016.
Is this normal?

1. This is the tracking I found for your parcel:

Origin Country: China

2. Ask seller to call EMS China (physically phone not track) so they could contact USPS of the whereabouts of the parcel. It should not take that long for USPS to scan your parcel since it's China Post Express Post Service.
