There has been no updates on LT695771808CN since 1/17/17. Any ideas where the package could be?

LT695771808CN is very possible in Guangzhou customs or New York customs waiting for customs clearance. If it is released from customs of USA, it will show new status in US in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

If i use http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_t I get very different information. What does this mean? Almost 30 days and it still hasn't left China??

the parcel LT695771808CN was returned from oversea to original shipping city Yangjiang. We don't know the return reason, but I am sure you can not get the parcel anymore. If your buyer protection is not expiring, open dispute to seller asap.

I have ordered two different mobile phone cases and the tracking number is these, -(1) 04581706245
(2) 04595416415. 42 days have passed already but I hadn't received my order. I am from India and I want to know the tracking details of my orders as I am unable to track my order since February 12. Please help me and tell me how long it will take to reach in new delhi, India..

your parcels are China Post ordinary parcel which is cheap and slow. Such kind of service might take up to 90 days to reach India.

Sir if this is the case than what can I do because after 15 days my purchase protection will end. And i don't want any refund money because I want the parcels.

i suggest you keep waiting(you can do nothing at this moment). if you can not get the parcel by protection expiring date, you need to open dispute to protect you money.
