Both legit, you can check for yourself by trying to track them. However, you have a bigger problem in that Canada Post is currently on strike, and many postal services are currently not sending mail to Canada, China Post included. Your first item (LM221894137CN) looks like it's been returned to sender for this reason.

Okay thank you what can I do about the first tracking number sent back to sender can I ask for a refund

if this is an order from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
