I am highly upset at this service it has been 3 weeks and I have not received my shipment! Can someone please help! My tracking number is LT914923177CN

It does not let me track my number . Please help! Is this fraud?? Please help!

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
