Post Tracking information HELP!!!

I bought two items; RC063069035CN and RC063067627CN.
Why does NULL show up? and what does NULL mean? does it mean my package is arriving to the U.S? I need an update on what it means, thank you.

RC269638994CN
This tracking number is showing "sent to airline" since 09/12/2013. But the parcel does not arrived me till now. However, the seller is saying that his express company is saying that parcel reached INDIA. But here in India my post office authority is saying they did not receive any parcel with this tracking number..

Now where the parcel is gone? Please help me. Its really very urgent. What should i do?
Please reply me ASAP..

If the parcel was sent to airline on Sep, and you have not got it, normally this means the parcel was lost on the way to destination. You have to contact shipper for compensation and shipper will contact China Post for compensation with original shipping receipt.

Hello please tell me if this is a real or fake tracking num RG031866342CN the shipper said that my package was shipped 8/11/14
