I ordered something that was supposed to get here for Christmas, but it has been stuck in FOC with the status being NULL since 12/6/13. The seller claims that it has already been shipped and I just need to wait. My tracking number is RB819178038CN. Please help! Thank you!

the parcel might be lost or returned. you should file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money asap.
