Good day,

I would like to request information regarding my shippment.

Tracking number:
RP590355025CN

I was able to see in early June than it showed 'en route' but since then I have not been able to load the page for updates. I just get a blank page.

I have tried to track it on Canada Post's website but it cannot find the tracking number.

Would you be able to tell me how I can track the package or if there is something you are able to see or advise me about the situation?

I imagine that it is still in somewhere in travel but I am nervous because I am unable to load the page. :/

RP590355025CN arrived Canada on Jun 6. But this is a China Post register airmail. Canada Post does not scan and update its status. So you can not track it in Canada Post website.

Normally it should be delivered by Canada Post to your mailbox in 10 to 15 days. If you can not get it by Jun 21, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
