I was given tracking number LS538631725CN but it says no tracking record can you help me?

It looks the same as the tracking number I was provided too. It looks like it was tied to a package that was delivered in February of 2016.

"No shipping record" means your seller hasn't sent anything using this tracking number yet. Once a parcel is sent, the tracking number will start working within 48 hours. If you just ordered the item, ask your seller when they are going to send it. If they keep delaying, open a dispute.

Tracking numbers can actually be reused two years after a package is delivered. Needless to say, any records that show up from Feb 2016 aren't your parcel. :)
